Keith Turner, President of the firm, has over two decades of experience in the field of Executive Search. Keith founded Turner Search Solutions in 2012 and leads the firm in the delivery of executive search services across the company’s Consumer (B2C), Commercial (B2B), Software, and Digital practices with the goal of 100% customer satisfaction.

 

Prior to founding Turner Search Solutions, Keith was employed with Jon Harvey Associates, a boutique Executive Search firm. Keith joined Jon Harvey Associates in 1996 and over an 18-year tenure, he played a critical role in the diversification of the business. Keith was instrumental in expanding JHA’s customer base beyond IT/PC Hardware with the additions of Consumer Products and Digital Products practices. In 2009, Keith was promoted to EVP and spearheaded the implementation of cloud-based computing, a new ATS platform, a new company website and defined and trained all Associates in best-practices and standard-operating-procedures. Under his leadership, JHA’s clients gained significant value related to quality of candidates submitted, offers accepted, time-to-fill, and diversity candidates hired. Based on his contributions to the company, Keith was promoted to President of the firm in 2011.

 

Keith graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise & Sports Science, 1995.
